As an E-Commerce Executive, you play a critical operational role in enhancing the hotel’s digital presence, driving online revenue, and ensuring accuracy across all online distribution and marketing channels. Your responsibilities include managing website content, optimizing online visibility, supporting social media and digital campaigns, monitoring OTAs, and ensuring brand-compliant presentation across all platforms. The role requires strong coordination with Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Operations to maintain updated and compelling online content that strengthens the hotel’s digital performance and contributes to revenue growth.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Digital Content & Website Management
- Ensure the hotel’s branded website is always updated with accurate information, images, offers, and descriptions.
- Optimize website content to improve SEO, online visibility, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with Revenue and Marketing to ensure correct rates, promotions, and packages are published.
OTA Management
- Maintain accurate content, room descriptions, amenities, and photography across all OTA platforms.
- Conduct weekly audits to ensure rate parity, content consistency, and brand compliance.
- Monitor competitor activity and online positioning, providing recommendations where needed.
Social Media & Content Support
- Assist in content creation, planning, and scheduling for social media channels.
- Support photography and videography needs by coordinating shoots for rooms, F&B, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Identify trending content ideas and assist in increasing engagement across platforms.

Digital Advertising & Campaign Execution
- Support the execution of digital marketing activities including newsletters, paid ads, remarketing campaigns, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with corporate digital teams to deploy regional or brand-wide initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and assist in producing post-campaign reports.
- Monitor daily reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, OTAs, and other online review platforms.
- Draft responses aligned with brand voice and escalate service concerns to relevant departments.
- Provide weekly sentiment analysis and recommend improvements.
- Track key e-commerce KPIs including website traffic, conversion rates, OTA ranking, and social media performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting trends and actionable insights.
- Support the execution of digital marketing activities including newsletters, paid ads, remarketing campaigns, and seasonal campaigns.
- Quality Assurance & Digital Asset Management
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on all online content including images, descriptions, menus, and photography.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Marketing team to update creative assets and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Operations to gather accurate information for online deployment.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department.
